Music Video Planning - Meetings

15/12 - At the moment we are looking into locations, we have had a few ideas of where would be ideal for parts of our music video, however we are struggling with finding somewhere that would let us have a food fight, though we have insisted that we clean everything up and that we wouldn't break anything, and I fully understand why they wouldn't let us. We have tried almost everywhere, then we recently thought of The Lyppard Grange Centre, which hosts a number of children's party, at this point, this is our best bet. And if, when we ask for permission to film there, they decline, we will have to think of other ideas or do something similar to this elsewhere.

2/01/2011 As we couldnt find a location that would allow us to host a food fight, we have had to think of another idea;
We wanted to stick to the idea of chavs having their roles reversed so we can challenge the stereotype, and we also wanted to feature a smaller scaled foodfight, so we thought to feature two "chavs" having a picnic in a scenic park, and having other people from higher classed stereotypes come in to terrorise them, in which the foodfight starts. We still of course want to feature the band playing in a studio as it is one of the main conventions of a music video, and we also still want to feature the talking chins to give the video an amplified effect.

Me and Sophie, my partner had to think of other ideas, so we started talking and thinking about different things and after finally deciding on a new idea we are confident that we can start filming as to plan.
